Terms and conditions
Included : Water, gas and electricity (except heating - from 5 to 8 euros per day during winter) - security deposit : 300 euros
Linen rental :
8 euros per person (sheets, bath towels and dish towels).
Final cleaning if the property is not returned in an immaculate state : 10 euros per person (min. 30 euros) .
